Lineup Games, a rising star in the gaming industry with past collaborations with Playtika and COTI, has officially announced its integration with the Sui blockchain. The partnership, revealed by the Sui Foundation, is aimed at creating a scalable, seamless, and decentralised gaming ecosystem that brings Web3 functionality to mainstream gamers.
With top titles like Gold Striker and Striker League already gaining traction across platforms such as Telegram, LINE, Android, and iOS, the integration sets the stage for Web3 gaming to move into the hands of millions of mobile users.
Seamless Gameplay Across Platforms
At the heart of this partnership is the ambition to offer players a cross-game ecosystem, where in-game progress, points, and rewards are no longer confined to individual titles. Instead, the integration with Sui blockchain allows users to engage in frictionless, gasless transactions and rewards systems across all Lineup Games offerings.

This move is particularly important as it brings true interoperability to mobile gaming. Players can now participate in tasks, unlock achievements, and earn rewards without switching apps or interacting with complicated wallets or blockchain layers. All gaming and blockchain interactions are built directly into the user-friendly interfaces of the apps themselves.
Lineup has also confirmed the rollout of a major marketing campaign aimed at onboarding even more users into the ecosystem and boosting player engagement through airdrop allocations tied to in-game performance.
Bringing Web3 to Superapps and Mobile Devices
A key element of Lineup’s strategy is targeting superapps like Telegram and LINE. These platforms are already deeply embedded in users’ daily digital lives, making them a natural choice for the rollout of Web3 experiences. By extending the Sui integration into these apps, Lineup Games is bringing blockchain gaming to where users already are not forcing them to migrate to new, unfamiliar platforms.
Sui’s integration also allows Lineup to offer a default blockchain environment for all its current and future games. This ensures consistency and lowers technical barriers for users, especially those new to blockchain. The infrastructure built by Mysten Labs, the creators of Sui, provides a high-speed, scalable, and developer-friendly network that can handle millions of concurrent transactions.
Solving Web3 Gaming’s Biggest Challenges
Web3 gaming has long faced criticism for poor user retention, clunky interfaces, and overcomplicated wallet setups. According to Adeniyi Abiodun, Co-Founder and CPO of Mysten Labs, these challenges have hindered wider adoption. “Lineup Games, with its existing large user base, needed an infrastructure that lets them focus on gameplay, not backend asset management,” he said.

Sui answers that call with features like gasless transactions and advanced NFT capabilities, including composable and nestable NFTs, which allow for dynamic in-game assets that evolve with gameplay. This enables developers to create richer, layered experiences while ensuring that players stay immersed.
Tal Friedman, CEO of Lineup Games, added that Sui helps overcome the technical limitations that plagued earlier Web3 titles. “We’re delivering a frictionless experience where users can stay focused on the fun,” Friedman noted. “This is how blockchain gaming should feel.”
A Cross-Game Token and Open Ecosystem
Looking ahead, Lineup Games plans to introduce a cross-game token powered by the Sui blockchain. This token will serve as a unified reward and utility token across all Lineup games, driving interoperability and user loyalty.
The company has a history of high-profile partnerships with global brands like Meta, PUMA, AC Milan, and Paulo Dybala, and it aims to build a community-first, open gaming economy on Sui, one that prioritises both fun and financial incentive.
As Web3 continues to evolve, Lineup’s integration with Sui signals a major step toward mainstream blockchain gaming adoption, combining the scale and familiarity of mobile apps with the power and potential of decentralised technology.
